ZF（采埃孚）2009年國際管理培訓生集中面試將于2009年2月上旬舉行，屆時將選出參
加培訓生的中國學生，進入ZF公司，在2009年10月開始為期15個月的國際培訓生項目（ZF

Structure & Contents
• Program Start and Duration
The program begins every year in October. The program lasts 15 months.
• After the Trainee Program
After the Program, you will take a position within the ZF corporation. During
your time as a trainee, you also have the chance to figure out what kind of po
sition would best suit you. These wishes will be taken into consideration.
• Individual Projects
You work during these 15 months on four, self-organized, individual projects a
t four different locations, one of which is outside of Germany. The projects l
ast three to four months apiece.
• Team Project
As a group, the trainees receive an assignment that they have to work on toget
her through the Trainee program.
• Workshops
At the beginning of the Trainee program, there is a team-building orientation
