第二篇，講的是一些用人單位過于關(guān)注去挖別的單位的performance stars，但挖回來了后單位效益也沒有增加，因為這種star會產(chǎn)生三個問題，第一個是他們需要更多的salary，第二個是不利于他們新組成的team，舉了個例子說這種情況就好像體內(nèi)植入一個新器官，這個新器官需要別的器官的血液和營養(yǎng)來供給它，以至于不利于別的器官生長。第三個問題我忘了。下一段舉了球隊的例子，說球隊能得到很好的成績，不是因為他有stars，而是因為團隊的合作。然后就強調(diào)organization的重要性。
第三篇講的雪崩，說了雪崩產(chǎn)生的原因，和法國的啥組織致力于研究雪崩和它的預(yù)測。
