第二篇,講的是一些用人單位過于關(guān)注去挖別的單位的performance stars,但挖回來了后單位效益也沒有增加,因為這種star會產(chǎn)生三個問題,第一個是他們需要更多的salary,第二個是不利于他們新組成的team,舉了個例子說這種情況就好像體內(nèi)植入一個新器官,這個新器官需要別的器官的血液和營養(yǎng)來供給它,以至于不利于別的器官生長。第三個問題我忘了。下一段舉了球隊的例子,說球隊能得到很好的成績,不是因為他有stars,而是因為團隊的合作。然后就強調(diào)organization的重要性。
第三篇講的雪崩,說了雪崩產(chǎn)生的原因,和法國的啥組織致力于研究雪崩和它的預(yù)測。
