    05、轉入客房電話:
    A、 請問您找那位?
    Who would you like to speak to ?

    Sorry , there's no guest with that name
    C、 您能告訴我他是住客還是訪客?
    Excuse me for asking but is he a visitor or a hotel guest?
    05、 內(nèi)容沒聽清或不確定時:
