今天我們要講的習(xí)慣用語(yǔ)是: Pay through the nose。 Pay就是付錢的意思。按字面上來(lái)解釋，pay through the nose就是通過(guò)鼻子來(lái)付錢，這聽起來(lái)似乎很痛苦。而實(shí)際上，pay through the nose的確切意思是付出痹繪正的價(jià)值高得多的錢，或者說(shuō)付出的錢實(shí)在太多而感到心痛。我們來(lái)舉個(gè)例子吧：
