衛(wèi)生檢疫
入境人員應(yīng)按檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)關(guān)的要求，如實(shí)填報(bào)健康申明卡，出示有效的傳染病預(yù)防接種證書、健康證書或其他有關(guān)證件。
患有艾滋病、性病、麻風(fēng)病、精神病、開放性肺結(jié)核的外國(guó)人禁止入境。
來(lái)華居留期在一年以上的外國(guó)人，須在入境后一個(gè)月內(nèi)到指定的檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)體檢。
在國(guó)外居留三個(gè)月以上的中國(guó)公民，須在入境后一周內(nèi)到指定檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)構(gòu)體檢。
出境人員應(yīng)到檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)關(guān)了解前往國(guó)家或地區(qū)的傳染病流行情況并接受相應(yīng)的預(yù)防接種、預(yù)防投藥等旅行衛(wèi)生保健。
Health and Quarantine
A person subject to entry formalities shall, as required by the inspection and quarantine authorities, fill in the health declaration form truthfully and present a valid certificate of vaccination against certain infectious diseases, a health certificate and other relevant documents.
Any foreigner suffering from AIDS, venereal diseases, leprosy, psychiatric disorder or open pulmonary tuberculoses is prohibited from entering the territory.
Any foreigner, who wants to stay in China for a year or more, shall take a physical examination at the designated inspection and quarantine agency within one month beginning from the date of his/her arrival.
Any person who wants to go abroad shall find out the situation of infections diseases of the destination country or region at the inspection and quarantine agency and quarantine agency and take relevant travel health care such as preventive inoculation and medicine taking.
不準(zhǔn)攜帶進(jìn)境的物品
1、 水果及其制品（血清白蛋白除外）；
2、 水果及茄子、辣椒、番茄；
3、 動(dòng)物尸體及標(biāo)本；
4、 土壤；
5、 動(dòng)植物病原體、昆蟲及其他生物和生物制品；
6、 活動(dòng)物（貓、犬除外）及精液、卵子、胚胎等動(dòng)物遺傳物質(zhì)；
7、 蛋、皮張、鬃毛、蹄骨角類、油脂類、臟器、肉類及其制品等。
8、 動(dòng)物水產(chǎn)品、奶及奶制品、動(dòng)物血液及其制品。
攜帶有上述物品的應(yīng)主動(dòng)交由檢驗(yàn)檢疫官員處理或主動(dòng)投放到檢驗(yàn)檢疫處理箱內(nèi)。
YOU CANNOT BRING
1. Human blood and its products except for serum Alburtis;
2. Fresh fruits, eggplant, hot piper and tomato;
3. Animal dead body and specimens;
4. Soil;
5. Pathogenic micro-organisms of animals and plants, insects, other harmful organisms and biological products;
6. Live animals (except pet cats and dogs) and semen, ova, embryos etc.;
7. Eggs, raw hides, hair, hoofs, bones, horns and meats (including fresh meat, sausage, ham, bacon);
8. Aquatic animal products, milk and milk products, animal blood and its products.
If you carry the above objects, please hand them over to the animal and plant quarantine officials for treatment or deposit them into the quarantine treatment box.
允許帶入但須申請(qǐng)檢驗(yàn)檢疫的物品
1、 特許進(jìn)口的人類血液、血制品、生物制品及人體組織；
2、 鮮花、切花、干花；
3、 植物性樣品、展品、標(biāo)本；
4、 干果、干菜、腌制菜、冷凍菜；
5、 種子、苗木及其他繁殖材料、煙葉（入境前須事先辦理檢疫審批手續(xù)）；
6、 非種用糧谷、豆類；
7、 竹、藤、柳、草制品；
8、 貓、犬等寵物（應(yīng)有檢疫證書和狂犬病免疫證書）。
攜帶有以上物品的入境人員應(yīng)主動(dòng)向檢驗(yàn)檢疫機(jī)關(guān)報(bào)檢。
YOU MUST DECLARE

2. Fresh flowers, cut flowers and dry flowers;
3. Plant samples, exhibits and specimens;
4. Nuts, dried, pickled and frozen vegetables;
5. Seeds, nursery stocks and other propagating materials and tobacco leaves (For which one need to get quarantine permit before entry);
6. Grains and legumes not used as seeds;
7. Bamboo, rattan willow and straw handicrafts;
8. Pets, such as cats and dogs must be accompanied with health and vaccination certificates.
