摘要：采用正交試驗(yàn)方法，對獨(dú)活寄生口服液提取工藝 條件進(jìn)行優(yōu)選。試驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明，對含揮發(fā)性成分的藥材加8倍水，浸泡0.5 h，水蒸氣蒸餾； 母液及殘?jiān)c處方中其它藥材合并加8倍水，浸泡0.5 h，水提取兩次，1 h/次，醇沉濃度為 70%。

Abstract:Select the best abstraction method for Duhuo Jishe ng Oral Liquid by orthogonal design. Result:soaking oil herbs for 0.5 h in 8 tim es of water, then distil by steam; the mother liquid and residue combine with ot her herbs in 8 times of water, soaking for 0.5 h, and then abstract two times by water for one hour each time. The concentration of the alcohol for precipitate is 70 percent.

獨(dú)活寄生口服液是在獨(dú)活寄生湯(《千金要方》方)基礎(chǔ)上研制成的新制劑，由獨(dú)活、寄生、 當(dāng)歸、黨參、防風(fēng)、白芍、甘草等中藥組成，具有祛風(fēng)濕、止痹痛、益肝腎、補(bǔ)氣血等功能 。在工藝研究時(shí)，我們采用L9(34)正交表進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)，探討提取工藝條件。
1 試驗(yàn)方法
1.1 正交試驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)
根據(jù)傳統(tǒng)湯劑的提取方法和藥材所含有效成分的性質(zhì)，我們采用蒸餾法與水提醇沉法相結(jié)合 的提取工藝，選用加水量、浸泡時(shí)間、提取時(shí)間、醇沉濃度作為考察因素，以測定相對密度 、揮發(fā)油的含量和觀察澄明度為考察指標(biāo)，選用L 9(34)正交法進(jìn)行試驗(yàn)。
