1.Novel and practical 新穎實用
    A: Who decides if the patent application is novel and practical?
    B: The Patent Committee.

    2.Patent infringement 侵犯專利權
    A: What happens if we have a patent infringement?
    B: Your company gets huge fines and you won't be allowed to sell the related produces.
    A：如果我們侵犯了專利權會怎么樣？
    B：你的公司要支付巨額罰款，任何有關產(chǎn)品也不允許銷售。
    3.Patent licensing 專利許可證
    A: We need to license a patent. What do we need to do?
    B: You need to contact the company who owns the patent.
    A：我們需要采用一項專利，應該怎么辦？

    4.Sole license 許可證
    A: We want to get the sole license for China.
    B: We will have to think about it.
    A：我們想拿到全中國的許可證。
    B：我們需要考慮一下。
    5.Technical know-how 專有技術
    A: Would a patent involve technical know-how?
    B: Sure. But you'll have to publish the know-how.
    A：專利包括專有技術嗎？
