第1招 妥善安排會(huì)面的約定
-I'd like to make an appointment with Mr. Lee. dating
當(dāng)你計(jì)劃到海外出差，順道拜訪客戶時(shí)，必須先以書(shū)信通知對(duì)方。出國(guó)以前再以Telex或電話向?qū)Ψ酱_認(rèn)訪問(wèn)的日期和目的。如果是臨時(shí)決定的拜訪，也要通過(guò)對(duì)方的秘書(shū)安排，告訴她："I'd like to make an appointment with Mr.Lee."（我想和李先生約見(jiàn)一次。）讓對(duì)方對(duì)你的造訪有所準(zhǔn)備，才會(huì)有心情和你洽談。
第2招 向溝通對(duì)手表示善意與歡迎
——I will arrange everything. Something nothing anything
如果溝通是由你發(fā)起，提供對(duì)手一切的方便，能使溝通一開(kāi)始便在友善和諧的氣氛下進(jìn)行。尤其是當(dāng)你的溝通對(duì)手是遠(yuǎn)道而來(lái)的，你熱心地告知他："I will arrange everything." （我會(huì)安排一切。）不但表現(xiàn)出你的誠(chéng)意，也能使他在不必顧慮食宿等瑣事的情況下，專心與你進(jìn)行溝通。
第3招 溝通進(jìn)行中應(yīng)避免干擾

如果溝通的地點(diǎn)是在你的公司，那么請(qǐng)叮嚀你的部屬，勿在溝通過(guò)程中做不必要的干擾。因?yàn)檫^(guò)份的干擾會(huì)影響溝通的意愿和熱忱。

——Behave yourself!
溝通時(shí)，仍然要遵守一般奉行的禮儀和保持良好的儀態(tài)，這樣可以增加人們對(duì)你的好感，提高你的溝通效率。此外，坐姿不良，在對(duì)手講話時(shí)左顧右盼，都足以使人對(duì)體產(chǎn)生不良的印象，而減低與你洽談的興致。
第5招 適時(shí)承認(rèn)自己的過(guò)失
——Its my fault. Mistake error
如果你明顯地犯了錯(cuò)，并且對(duì)別人造成或大或小的傷害，一句充滿歉意的"Im sorry. Its my fault."（對(duì)不起，是我的錯(cuò)。）通常能夠獲得對(duì)方的原諒。就算他實(shí)在很懊惱，至少也能稍微緩和一下情緒。做無(wú)謂的辯解，只能火上加油，擴(kuò)大事端。
第6招 抱怨不是無(wú)理取鬧
-I have a complaint to make.
以激憤的語(yǔ)氣向人抱怨某事，很可能令人心生反感，而使結(jié)果適得其反。服務(wù)員上錯(cuò)了菜，旅館女服務(wù)員忘了整理你的房間，送來(lái)的貨物根本不是你訂單上所指明的東西等情況，著實(shí)令人懊惱。但是生氣并不能解決問(wèn)題，不如心平氣和而語(yǔ)氣堅(jiān)定地告訴對(duì)方 "I have a complaint to make."（我有怨言。）然后告訴他所發(fā)生的事。
Sometimes. due to our not enough good english ability, it is real problem for us to communicate with foreigners smoothly. I experienced it a lot.
But change the way of expression, maybe everything will go well. My opinion is as follows.
Grasp the key words when you listen to foreigners
This will help you to get foreigner's meaning in a quick way. With certain logic organization, you could ask foreigner what you understood after their expression. If your meaning is not to their points, try to organize simply and clearly once more under their kind remind.
It will also cause you to think over sharply and to say more words compared with foreigners. Because the condition is just for foreigners to answer your question.
But before doing so, you need to master the basic English words and grammar skill at first.
