與老外溝通應(yīng)注重的禮儀技巧
第1招 妥善安排會面的約定
-I'd like to make an appointment with Mr. Lee. dating
當(dāng)你計劃到海外出差,順道拜訪客戶時,必須先以書信通知對方。出國以前再以Telex或電話向?qū)Ψ酱_認訪問的日期和目的。如果是臨時決定的拜訪,也要通過對方的秘書安排,告訴她:"I'd like to make an appointment with Mr.Lee."(我想和李先生約見一次。)讓對方對你的造訪有所準備,才會有心情和你洽談。
第2招 向溝通對手表示善意與歡迎
——I will arrange everything. Something nothing anything
如果溝通是由你發(fā)起,提供對手一切的方便,能使溝通一開始便在友善和諧的氣氛下進行。尤其是當(dāng)你的溝通對手是遠道而來的,你熱心地告知他:"I will arrange everything." (我會安排一切。)不但表現(xiàn)出你的誠意,也能使他在不必顧慮食宿等瑣事的情況下,專心與你進行溝通。
第3招 溝通進行中應(yīng)避免干擾
-No interruptions during the meeting! No disturbance ,please
如果溝通的地點是在你的公司,那么請叮嚀你的部屬,勿在溝通過程中做不必要的干擾。因為過份的干擾會影響溝通的意愿和熱忱。
第4招 遵守禮儀
——Behave yourself!
溝通時,仍然要遵守一般奉行的禮儀和保持良好的儀態(tài),這樣可以增加人們對你的好感,提高你的溝通效率。此外,坐姿不良,在對手講話時左顧右盼,都足以使人對體產(chǎn)生不良的印象,而減低與你洽談的興致。
第5招 適時承認自己的過失
——Its my fault. Mistake error
如果你明顯地犯了錯,并且對別人造成或大或小的傷害,一句充滿歉意的"Im sorry. Its my fault."(對不起,是我的錯。)通常能夠獲得對方的原諒。就算他實在很懊惱,至少也能稍微緩和一下情緒。做無謂的辯解,只能火上加油,擴大事端。
第6招 抱怨不是無理取鬧
-I have a complaint to make.
以激憤的語氣向人抱怨某事,很可能令人心生反感,而使結(jié)果適得其反。服務(wù)員上錯了菜,旅館女服務(wù)員忘了整理你的房間,送來的貨物根本不是你訂單上所指明的東西等情況,著實令人懊惱。但是生氣并不能解決問題,不如心平氣和而語氣堅定地告訴對方 "I have a complaint to make."(我有怨言。)然后告訴他所發(fā)生的事。
Sometimes. due to our not enough good english ability, it is real problem for us to communicate with foreigners smoothly. I experienced it a lot.
But change the way of expression, maybe everything will go well. My opinion is as follows.
Grasp the key words when you listen to foreigners
This will help you to get foreigner's meaning in a quick way. With certain logic organization, you could ask foreigner what you understood after their expression. If your meaning is not to their points, try to organize simply and clearly once more under their kind remind.
It will also cause you to think over sharply and to say more words compared with foreigners. Because the condition is just for foreigners to answer your question.
But before doing so, you need to master the basic English words and grammar skill at first.
