    　　SG 2014 Campus Recruitment not only targets on 2014 graduates but also on those young talents with less than 2 years work experience.
    　　How do you arrange the rotations for MTs?
    　　SG’s MT program lasts for 4 years. In the first 1.5 years, the trainees will rotate among 3-4 different positions and in the rest 2.5 years, they will be arranged to be trained and rotated at a higher level in a specific business unit, which will be based on personal interests and the needs of our bank’s developments.
    　　Will I get any response if I applied for your job? If so, in what form will you reply?
