    Hello, everyone! My name is Shi Yi. I'm 14 years old. I'm very slim. This is my diet and lifestyle.
    I like eating vegetables and fish. I often eat rice with them for lunch and supper. For breakfast, I usually drink some milk and eat some bread. I dislike fruit. I love snacks. I often go to sleep late at night and I get up early in the morning. I seldom do any exercises; so I'm not very healthy.
    Now, I plan to change my diet and lifestyle, because I want to be healthy. I plan to have some fruit and not to eat too many snacks. I think it's important to drink a lot of water every day. I also plan to do some exercise every morning.
    I hope I can be healthier soon.
