一般來說,公司的高層領(lǐng)導(dǎo)由于事務(wù)繁忙,與中層主管或員工交流的機會很少,而且談話的時間不長。因此,在與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)談工作時,要盡管言簡意賅,盡可能為他節(jié)省時間,同時還要把息的觀點說明白。
    Dialogue
    A: Jane, the meeting is scheduled from 2:00 this afternoon. Have you made the necessary arrangements?/簡,我們計劃在下午兩點鐘開會,你都安排好了嗎?
    B: Yes, Mr. Smith. We'll use the conference room on the second floor for the meeting./安排好了,史密斯先生。我們將使用二樓的會議室開會。
    A: That's right. The meeting is very important. Where shall the guests be received before the meeting begins?/很好,這個會議很重要。開會前我們在哪里接待來賓?
    B: In the dining room. It's spacious there./在餐廳吧,那里比較寬敞。
