concerned，concerning
這兩個詞的詞義并不相同，用法亦有異。
Concerned是分詞形容詞，其意為“有關(guān)的”（involved）；concerning是由分詞轉(zhuǎn)換而成的介詞，其意為“關(guān)于”（relating to）。請看下面的例句：考試大
This agreement will be signed by the parties concemed．
此協(xié)議將由各有關(guān)方面簽署。
They called on all departments concemed to take prompt steps to promote the development of light industry．
他們要求各有關(guān)部門迅速采取措施，促進輕工業(yè)發(fā)展。
由例句可見，concerned用作形容詞解作“有關(guān)的”時，是后置定語，大都放在它所修飾的名詞之后。但在verb“to be”之后而同樣解作“關(guān)于”時，則要用be concerned with的形式，如：
