Must………帶有威脅性的意味（minatory tone），不如改為：
We regret that we are unable to accept your offer.
Or: We regret that we are not in a position to accept your offer.

帶有傲慢或長(zhǎng)者的口吻（superior tone），不如改為：
Your assistance would be appreciated.
