概念解釋：大家應(yīng)該還記得做狀語的ing結(jié)構(gòu)和過去分詞結(jié)構(gòu)，這里，我們再介紹一下同樣做狀語的形容詞結(jié)構(gòu)。其實，從演化過程來講，它們都是一回事。
示例1：I was sure that I had passed. I was almost beginning to enjoy my test.
我們把這兩句話合并成一個句子：
Sure that I had passed, I was almost beginning to enjoy my test.
所以，我們看得很清楚：兩個句子的主語(1)都是一致的，所以，可以進行簡化處理。
示例2：I was pleased with my son’s words. I gave him 100 yuan.
合并：
Pleased with my son’s words, I gave him 100 yuan.
我們再回顧一下ing結(jié)構(gòu)和過去分詞結(jié)構(gòu)：
示例3：I tried to avoid meeting him. I set out 10 minutes earlier than usual.
合并：
Trying to avoid meeting him, I set out 10 minutes earlier than usual.
示例4：He had eaten the apple. He asked for another one.
合并：
Having eaten the apple, he asked for another one.
