Self-esteem is a precious and fragile commodity.
    On it we build our personality and character
    from which our actions spring.
    People with a high sense of self-esteem
    tend not only to treat others with sincerity and courtesy,
    but also treat themselves kindly.
    There is an English saying that
    "No one can love you before you love yourself".
    自愛(ài)是一種珍貴卻又碎的“日用品”
