    過去分詞作定語
    過去分詞的含義有兩種:第一,表示已經(jīng)做過了;第二,表示被動(dòng)。
示例1:The taxi is a small Swiss aeroplane called Blue Bird.(called作定語,修飾aeroplane,它實(shí)際上是從這個(gè)完整的句子變來的:which is called Blue Bird;可見,它體現(xiàn)的是一種被動(dòng)關(guān)系。在此,也請(qǐng)大家注意定語從句是怎么簡化的,這一點(diǎn)很有用。)
示例2:It can land anywhere: on snow, water, or even on a ploughed field.(ploughed作定語,修飾field;我們也可以把它還原為一個(gè)定語從句:…on a field which is ploughed)
示例3:On another occasion, he landed in a deserted car park.(deserted作定語,修飾car park;如果還原為定語從句,則是:which was deserted或:which had been deserted)
