入 門 篇
Hi，歡迎你到"商務(wù)英語(yǔ)"的"入門篇"中來，很多人都覺得"商務(wù)英語(yǔ)"非常"高深"，似乎是"高不可攀"，可是當(dāng)我們研究了BEC商務(wù)英語(yǔ)以及其他商務(wù)課程后，發(fā)現(xiàn)原來商務(wù)英語(yǔ)涉及到的內(nèi)容并不都是專業(yè)得讓人"望而卻步"，商務(wù)英語(yǔ)的學(xué)習(xí)依然涉及到如何得體的introductions(介紹)、greetings(問候)等等基本的會(huì)話，在這些基礎(chǔ)上，你才能進(jìn)一步地學(xué)習(xí)有關(guān)marketing（市場(chǎng)）,sales(銷售)等商務(wù)方面的知識(shí)。
所以把一些比較基本的社交英語(yǔ)以及簡(jiǎn)單的商務(wù)知識(shí)放在"入門"篇里學(xué)習(xí)，比如如何得體的進(jìn)行"自我介紹"，如何"接聽電話"，"收發(fā)傳真"，"描述產(chǎn)品"以及基本的商務(wù)信函寫作等等內(nèi)容。
相信在"入門篇"里的學(xué)習(xí)使你可以應(yīng)付外企環(huán)境中基本的工作內(nèi)容！
現(xiàn)在我們就開始"入門"吧，說"入門"自然還要從學(xué)會(huì)得體的"自我介紹"開始，
1. First Meetings 初次見面
先預(yù)習(xí)一下本課中涉及的一些知識(shí)點(diǎn)吧：

I＇m new. 我是新來的。

初次見面用語(yǔ)：
Nice to meet you. 很高興見到你。
告別時(shí)用語(yǔ)：
It was very nice to have met you. 能見到你我真高興
Hope to see you again. 希望能再次見到你。
第一天到公司上班，You must be nervous.你的心情一定挺緊張。怎么才能給上級(jí)和同事留下a favorable impression（良好印象）呢？西裝革履的你看起來很cool，但你還是沒有十分的把握。我們先來聽聽某家外企公司的新成員Peter King如何得體地處理他工作中的第一天。
Peter: Good Morning. May I introduce myself? My name＇s Peter King and I＇m new here.
Anna: Pleased to meet you. I＇m Anna White, the assistant to the Personnel Manager.Welcome to our company.
你看，初次見面好比跳華爾茲，非常簡(jiǎn)單，就是三步曲：?jiǎn)柡?-介紹--對(duì)方回答。不過這首華爾茲在不同的場(chǎng)合，步伐也不相同。
在formal正式場(chǎng)合中, 要用：Good morning/afternoon或How do you do，同時(shí)要shaking hands"握握手"來顯示你的sincerity誠(chéng)意。當(dāng)然不要忘了smile一下，因?yàn)槲⑿κ窍糸u、溝通心靈的好方法。
而在informal非正式場(chǎng)合中，比如年輕人之間或平時(shí)的聚會(huì)中，我們就可以relax，放松一下，不單穿著隨便，而且只需招手致意，問候語(yǔ)用簡(jiǎn)單的Hi, or Hello！就可以了。 另外，作為新人，應(yīng)該主動(dòng)與同事交往，所以要先作self introduction， 除了May I introduce myself? My name＇s Peter King，你還可以說： Let me introduce myself. My name＇s Peter. 或者I＇m Peter.
作完了自我介紹，Peter希望Susan能把他介紹給經(jīng)理或其他人，聽聽他是怎么說的：
Peter: Could you introduce me to the Manager?
Susan: Of course. Mr. King... Mr. White, let me introduce you to Mr. Peter King, the new clerk in your department.
White: How do you do. I＇m Alex White.
We＇re going to be working together.
Peter: How do you do. I＇ve been looking forward to meeting you, Mr. White.
原來他用了句型 Could you introduce me to sb.? 這顯得很有禮貌。另外你還可以這樣說：
1、I haven＇t met your Managing Director yet. (我還沒有見到你們的總裁。)
2、I don＇t know anyone here. You＇ll have to introduce me
