11月28號，加拿大一直憋著公布的緊缺職業(yè)列表終于出臺了，并隨著又出臺了一個有別于加拿大境外符合38類職務(wù)的其他技術(shù)移民申請者、專門優(yōu)惠于留學(xué)生工簽生的內(nèi)中有內(nèi)的申請政策，在38類加快審批的優(yōu)惠旁邊，再加一個不在38類之內(nèi)的留學(xué)生工簽生的優(yōu)惠類別，讓他們也享受半年到一年的快速審批周期，利益均沾。
