咸玉米片/SALT CORN MEAL
[材料]
咸玉米片半杯、鮮奶1杯
[做法]
將咸玉米片放淺盤內,加入鮮奶,拌勻即可食用。

1/2c. salty flavored corn meal, 1c, milk
METHODS
Pour the salty flavored corn meal into the shallow plate, also the milk,
and mix and serve.
水煮蛋/BOILED EGGS
[材料]
雞蛋2個
[做法]
1. 將雞蛋放人煮鍋內,加水沒過雞蛋,用小火煮開,水開5分鐘關火,再浸泡10分鐘取出。
2. 剝殼后即可食用,可蘸鹽調味。

1. Put the eggs into the pot, add some water and cover the eggs, cook the eggs over low heat until boiling turn off the heat after 5 minutes, then soaking for another 10 minutes.
2. Shell cooked eggs, dip some salt when serving.
