酒釀雞蛋 RICE WINE LEES WITH EGG
    [材料]
    甜酒釀2大匙、雞蛋1個(gè)、糖2大匙
    [做法]
    1.鍋內(nèi)放人1杯水,煮開后放糖,并加人酒釀同煮。
    2.雞蛋在碗內(nèi)打散,淋入酒釀內(nèi)煮開,關(guān)火即可盛出食用。
    INGREDIENTS
    2T. rice wine lees, 1 egg, 2T. sugar
    METHODS
    1. Bring 1c. water to a boil, then add sugar and rice wine lees to cook.
    2. Beat egg, pour in method (1) and bring to boil again, remove from
    heat and serve.
    全麥土司 WHOLE WHEAT TOAST
    [材料]
    全麥土司2片
    [做法]
    用烤面包機(jī)或烤箱,將土司烤至酥黃即可取任食用,可抹奶油或果醬增加風(fēng)味。
