鮮奶蒸蛋/STEAMED MILK EGG
    [材料]
    鮮奶2杯、雞蛋1個(gè)、白糖2大匙
    [做法]
     1.雞蛋打散,加人鮮奶和白糖調(diào)勻,用紗網(wǎng)過(guò)濾
    后,盛在蒸碗內(nèi)。蓋上保鮮膜,放人電鍋,外鍋加水
    2杯,蒸至開(kāi)關(guān)跳起時(shí)即可取出。
    2.撕去保鮮膜食用。
    INGREDIENTS
    2c. milk, 1 egg, 2T. sugar
    METHODS
    1. Beat egg, add milk and sugar, then mix well, filter egg mixture
    a sifter or strainer to remove any impurities,and pour into the steaming bowl, cover with cellophane wrap and place into the rice cooker,add 2c. water in rice cooker,steam until the switch pumps and remove.
    2. Remove the cellophane wrap and serve.

    [做法]
    蒸熱取出即可食用。
