雞絲玉米粥/SHREDDED CHICKEN AND CORN CONGEE
[材料]
雞胸肉半塊、大米1杯、玉米罐頭1罐、芹菜2根、鹽少許、淀粉少許
[做法]
1.大米洗凈,加水5杯煮成粥。
2.雞胸肉切絲,伴入少許淀粉和鹽,再加人粥內(nèi)同煮。
3.加人玉米粒一同煮勻,并加少許鹽調(diào)味后,關(guān)火,撒入切碎的芹菜末即成。
INGREDIENTS
1/2 chicken breast, 1c. rice, 1 can corn, 2 sticks Chinese celery, a pinch of salt and cornstarch
METHODS
1. Wash the rice, add 5c, water and make congee.
2. Slice the chicken breast, marinate with cornstarch and salt,then
boil together with the congee.
3. Add corn and stir well, add salt to taste, remove from heat and
sprinkle with the chopped, celery ,serve.
甜慢頭/SWEET BUNS
[材料]
紅糖饅頭或鮮奶甜饅頭
[做法]
用電鍋蒸熱,即可取出食用。
