1.大米洗凈,加水5杯浸泡20分鐘后,移至爐上煮開。

小魚干
小銀魚75克先用清水泡10分鐘,然后瀝干,鍋內(nèi)用3大匙油炒香蔥、姜末,再放入小魚干編炒,最后加入辣椒同炒,并淋入少許醬油、胡椒粉及一點(diǎn)糖調(diào)味,炒勻即盛出。
菜脯蛋
蘿卜千40克洗凈、切碎,加2瓣大蒜(切成末)同炒,然后盛出放涼。另將雞蛋2個打散,伴入蘿卜干,然后用平底鍋煎成小蛋片,兩面煎黃即盛出。

Soak 3oz.dried salted whitebaits in water for 10 minutes, drain. Stir-fry the chopped scallions and ginger with 3T. oil until fragrant, add white-baits to stir-fry until dry, then add chili peppers, soy sauce, pepper, and
a bit of sugar to taste, stir well and serve.
Egg with Preserved Chinese Radish
Clean and chop 1 oz. Preserved Chinese radish. stir-fry together with 2 cloves garlic (chopped), then remove and set aside. Beat 2 eggs, mix with the stir-fried preserved Chinese radish, then fry as the pan-cake shape until golden, then ready to serve.
