     白飯半碗、熱烏龍茶1杯
    [做法]
    將白飯盛人碗內(nèi),沖入烏龍茶,伴勻即可食用。

    小菜 SIDE DISHES
    [做法]
    鹵牛肚
    牛肚先煮爛,再加五香包和醬油同鹵人味,再切條食用(可買現(xiàn)成品)。
    鹵花生
    花生洗凈,先煮熟,再加八角、少許鹽鹵入味即可。
    鹵豆千
    五香豆干放人鹵湯中鹵入味,再取出切條食用;沒有鹵湯者,可用高湯加醬油、八角燒入味即可。
    METHODS
    Stewed Beef Tripe
