[材料]
    新月形面包、鹵牛肉、生菜、番茄各適量
    [做法]
    1.新月形面包先用利刀在彎角內(nèi)側(cè)劃開刀口,放入烤箱烤至香酥時(shí)取出。
    2.鹵牛肉切片,生菜洗凈、切絲,番茄切薄片。
    3.將每個(gè)新月形面包的切口打開,放人鹵牛肉和生菜絲及番茄片各少許,夾緊即可食用。

    雞蛋鮮奶/EGG MILK
    [材料]
    雞蛋1個(gè)、鮮奶3/4杯、糖2大匙
    [做法]
    雞蛋打散,加人鮮奶和糖調(diào)勻,用紗網(wǎng)過濾后,盛入深碗內(nèi),蓋上保鮮膜,放人電鍋,外鍋加水1杯,蒸至開關(guān)跳起,即可取出食用。
    INGREDIENTS
    1 egg, 3/4c.milk, 2T.sugar
    METHODS
    Beat egg, add milk and sugar, stir well, filter egg mixture using a sifter, pour into a deep bowl, cover with a cellophane wrap, and put it into the rice cooker, add water on the outside rim of the rice cooker, steam until the button jumps up, ready to serve.
