NAFTA北美自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議

字號(hào):

    The North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is an example of a preferential trading arrangement. Like a customs union, free trade agreements are also legal under GATT rules. Tariffs on goods traded between Canada, Mexico and The United State are eliminated. However, each country still retains its own tariff policy. The NAFTA agreement covers trade in goods, technical barriers to trade, government procurement, investment, and services. GATT and GATS are the foundation in which the details concerning the free trade agreement (FTA) are further developed.
    北美自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議(NAFTA)是優(yōu)惠貿(mào)易協(xié)議的一個(gè)例子。就像關(guān)稅同盟一樣,在關(guān)貿(mào)總協(xié)定規(guī)則下,自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議是合法的。加拿大、墨西哥和美國之間免除貨物貿(mào)易的關(guān)稅。但是,每個(gè)國家仍然保留自己的關(guān)稅政策。北美自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議包括貨物貿(mào)易、貿(mào)易的技術(shù)壁壘、政府采購、投資和服務(wù)。自由貿(mào)易協(xié)議的細(xì)則在關(guān)貿(mào)總協(xié)定和服務(wù)貿(mào)易總協(xié)定的基礎(chǔ)上繼續(xù)發(fā)展。
