untill和till的區(qū)別和用法
till /和until在表達(dá)方式和意義上的特殊性：until是till的強(qiáng)調(diào)形式，但是它們表達(dá)的意義是相同的，都表示"直到某時(shí)"。不過，當(dāng)主句是否定句時(shí)，它引出的意思是"直到（某時(shí)）（某動(dòng)作）才（發(fā)生）" ，這時(shí)候常會(huì)出現(xiàn)"not until …"的結(jié)構(gòu)，如果將 "not until …"的結(jié)構(gòu)放在句首，那么主句要寫成倒裝句。例如：

一、 用于肯定句作“直到……為止”解時(shí)，主句的動(dòng)詞一般是延續(xù)到until / till所表示的時(shí)間為止。例如：
1. He waits until / till the children are asleep. 他等著直到孩子們睡熟。
2. I shall stay here until / till twelve o'clock. 我將留在這里一直到十二點(diǎn)鐘。
二、 用于否定句作“在……以前”、“直到才”解時(shí)，主句的動(dòng)詞一般是非延續(xù)性的，它所表示的動(dòng)作直到until / till 所表示的時(shí)間才發(fā)生。例如：
1. He didn't come until / till late in the morning. 他直到早上很遲才來。
2. He didn't arrive until / till the game had begun. 直到比賽開始他才到。
注意：主句為一般將來時(shí)，until / till引導(dǎo)的從句用一般現(xiàn)在時(shí)代替將來時(shí)。例如：

三、 用于“not...until...”的句式可以轉(zhuǎn)換成when 或after引導(dǎo)的時(shí)間狀語(yǔ)從句，但主句必須要用肯定形式。例如：
1. They didn't get off until the train came to a complete stop.=They got off
after the train came to a complete stop. 火車停了他們才下車。
2. The student won't come into the classroom until the teachers finish their work.=The students will come into the classroom when the teachers finish their work. 當(dāng)老師們完成工作時(shí)，學(xué)生們將走進(jìn)教室。
四、 用于延續(xù)性動(dòng)詞的肯定或否定句中，但含義不同。例如：
1. The meeting continued until / till 7:00. 會(huì)議一直開到七點(diǎn)。
2. We didn't have the meeting until /till 7:00. 直到七點(diǎn)我們才結(jié)束會(huì)議。
五、 用于“It is / was not until...that”或含有“not...until...”的強(qiáng)調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)中，其中的until不能改為till。例如：
1. It was not until the film had begun that he arrived. 直到電影開始他才到。
2. It is not until 8:00 that we begin our class every day. 我們每天八點(diǎn)開始上課。
六、 Not until放在句首時(shí)，句子要倒裝，其中的until不能改為till 。例如：
1. Not until the last moment did he change his mind. 直到后一刻他才改變主意。
2. Not until midnight did it stop raining. 直到午夜雨才停。
七、 句首通常只用until,不用till。例如：
