Position: Assistant Admin – Global Product Delivery (MNCs)
    (Temp for 7 months)
    Job Description:
    - Performs all administrative support including composing, signing and
    releasing routine/somewhat complex correspondence
    - Reads, screens, refers and responds to incoming mail, ensuring that
    referrals are made, responses are gathered and summarized.
    - Prepare client presentations as needed
    - Manage the calendar/diary for the manager
    - Co-ordinate/make travel arrangements
    - Co-ordinate administrative arrangements for meetings/conferences
    - Communicates with executives and line management to gather/convey
    relevant information
    - Set up systems to ensure that the Manager’s workload is correctly
    prioritized and only appropriate request/information reaches his/her desk.
    Requirements:
    -Good command of written and spoken English;
    -Proficient PC skills including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
    -Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    -Customer-service orientation, self-motivated and open-minded;
    - At least work for 4 days/week
