信息產(chǎn)業(yè)部部長王旭東近日表示，去年，中國電信資費(fèi)總體水平比上年下降了13.6%。那么，作為手機(jī)用戶最為關(guān)心的“電信資費(fèi)”應(yīng)該怎么表達(dá)呢？
