Amanda： I've heard a ton about that， and it's interesting – to save a buck！ – how they'll gamble with their health.
Kevin： Yeah， what do you think about it？
Amanda： Um， well， for the cosmetic surgery， there's so many risks associated with those， ah， depending on what you have done. I'm not sure that I would gamble with my health and have a botched plastic surgery procedure done for， say， $500， which sometimes that's what it costs when it should cost $5，000.
Kevin： Yeah， yeah， yeah.
Amanda： And then you fly back home thinking la-dee-da， no problem. And then you have an infection！
Kevin： I actually know someone who went to Vietnam and had a very cheap nose job， and it went bad. But， I do know because I've spent a lot of time in Thailand， and I do know that Thailand actually has world-class cosmetic surgery places…
Amanda： I did not know that.
Kevin： ……and it's just as good as getting it in the U.S.， for a fraction of the price， and you can get a first-class ticket and stay in a five-star hotel.
Amanda： So why is it that Thailand is different than the other countries？ Is it the facilities， or the…？
Kevin： Well， I think more than anything it's the facilities. I mean， Thailand， by far， has the nicest medical facilities in Southeast Asia.
Amanda： Okay.
Kevin： Um， there's just a lot more wealth there， especially in Bangkok， you know.
Amanda： Right.
Kevin： There's a large foreign population that demands that.x
