職位說明： Responsibilities:
• Input Internal Order Sheet into ACCESS & TDP system correctly and in timely;
• Print out sales contract & fax to the customer to get their confirmation;
• File sales contract after signature & stamp by both parties.
• Inform customer for the FG details;
• Check the payment status for both FG & Fright Fee;
• Make arrangement for shipment;
• Prepare & send out documents for shipment & invoice;
• File shipment documents and customer receiving confirmation.
• File the voucher of payment both FG & Fright Fee;
• Check accounts receivable with Fin. Dept at least once every month;
• Check account payable of Fright Fee with the Third Logistic Company at least once every month.
Requisitions:
• College above;
• Proficiency in computer skill especially Excel, access;
• Good English reading and writing ability;
• Strong responsibility and good communion skill.
