Oregano Vinaigrette:
俄勒岡醋汁:
* 2 tbsp Olive oil
* 2大勺橄欖油
* 1 tbsp Lemon juice

* 1/2 tsp Dried oregano (½ tbsp, if fresh one used)
* 1/2小勺干俄勒岡香草(新鮮用1/2大勺)
Method / 做法:
1. Cucumber peeled, seeded and cut into 1-inch chunks. Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients thoroughly.
1. 黃瓜削皮,去籽,然后切成1寸塊狀。把醋汁的所有原料調勻。
2. Place the lettuce and cucumber in a salad bowl. Arrange the tomato wedges around the dish. Top with the olive rings, tuna, feta and onion rings.
2. 把生菜,黃瓜先鋪入沙拉碗。西紅柿圍圈擺放。然后把橄欖圈,金槍魚和乳酪擺在沙拉上面。
3. Chill and serve with the prepared dressing and season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. 入冰箱冰鎮(zhèn),食用時配上醋汁。鹽和胡椒粉調味。
