學校設施

在電腦專用實驗室內建立有大約600個工作站，蘋果Mac與IBM個人電腦均得到廣泛的使用。瑪莉皇后學院通過網路與世界各地的電腦用戶相聯。學生均會擁有自己的電子郵件地址。
瑪莉皇后學院的英語語言與學習技巧教研室在暑假以及學期期間均開設學術英語課程。瑪莉皇后學院在校外建有體育場，還聘請了一位校內全職體育教師，學生會樓內開設健身房、器械室、壁球場以及三溫暖浴室，該學院的學生還可以使用倫敦大學學生會的設施。
