The Best Picture in My Eyes

字號(hào):

In my room, there is a picture entitled“Feeding the birds”on the wall. Though its painter is unknown to us, in my view, I think [in my view] (1) it's the best picture I've ever seen.
    Though the picture is named“Feeding the birds”,there is no a bird [not any bird] (2) in it. We only see a woman sitting on a chair with three little girls seated opposite her. The girl in the middle is opening her mouth to a spoon of food the lady is giving. The other two girls are looking at the spoon. In the picture there is also a hen with some chicks walking around them. The whole picture makes people feel peaceful and tend to imagine.
    I suppose the painter's purpose is to remind us something [of something] (3) that is worth remembering. Just like feeding birds, our parents give us not only food to eat, clothes to wear, but endless love as well. Bathed in their love, we grow up little by little. When we are in trouble, they always help us as much as possible though our willful temperament (固執(zhí)的脾性) often hurts them. When we make progress in our studies, they always congratulate us happily as if they themselves succeeded. Parents' love can't be expressed by words. We should do our best to repay it.

    (1)in my view和I think意義相同,只需一個(gè)就行了。
    (2)no a是錯(cuò)誤的,要么no bird(s),要么not any bird(s)。
    (3)remind sb. of sth. 是固定搭配。注意of的使用。
