職位說(shuō)明： Respond to desktop and laptop incidents.
Provide walk-up support to an identified group of Executives, onsite and via telephone when calling from a hotel or remote office.
Troubleshoot and resolve Laptop and Desktop PC issues with Internet and VPN (虛擬個(gè)人網(wǎng)絡(luò) ) connectivity troubleshooting, Printing, normal business applications (Microsoft Office & Outlook, Acrobat, Wireless, Winzip), triage hardware issues (display, keyboard, system board, hard drive) and coordinate replacement with a third party. Document all work in the Remedy Incident Management System.
Install standard software on PCs via a script process.
Speak, read, and write English very well, as most support will be with native English speakers.
Experience in the US, Canada, or Europe is helpful.
Training provided.
