今年以來(lái)，全國(guó)共有20個(gè)省份和新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)發(fā)生洪澇災(zāi)害。截至6月15日12時(shí)，全國(guó)農(nóng)作物受災(zāi)面積2274千公頃，成災(zāi)1100千公頃，受災(zāi)人口3856萬(wàn)人，因?yàn)?zāi)死亡169人，失蹤52人，倒塌房屋12.57萬(wàn)間，直接經(jīng)濟(jì)損失260億元。面對(duì)重大汛情，國(guó)家防總緊急啟動(dòng)防汛Ⅳ級(jí)應(yīng)急響應(yīng)。之后幾天，又連續(xù)提升防汛應(yīng)急響應(yīng)至Ⅱ級(jí)。民政部也于日前啟動(dòng)三級(jí)“國(guó)家災(zāi)難應(yīng)急響應(yīng)體系”。
