     Waiter: Good morning, sir.
     Customer: Good morning. How is it going?
     W: Thank you, sir. I'm very fine. Did you sleep well last night?
     C: Yes, I did. Thank you.
     W: Would you like coffee or tea this morning?
     C: Coffee, please. Make it real hot.
     W: All right. Right away, sir.
     W: The menu, sir.
     C: Thank you.
     W: Are you ready to order?
     C: Well, let me see. I'll have half grapefruit, cornflakes, one fried egg and two pieces of toast, please.
     W: A half grapefruit, cornflakes, one fried egg and two pieces of toast. All right, sir. And how would you like your egg, sir?
     C: Oh, over easy, please. Thank you.
     W: Would you like ham or bacon with your egg?
     C: Bacon, please. And make it crisp, please.
     W: Very well, sir. Just a minute, sir.
     C: Thank you.
     W: Sorry to have kept you waiting.
     C: That's all right, thank you.
     W: Would you like some more coffee?
     C: Yes, please. Thank you.
     C: Waiter......where should I pay for my meal?
     W: Cashier, Please.
     C: Thank you.
     W: Thank you, sir. Have a nice day, sir.
     C: Thank you.
