    （1）Project Controlling模式一般適用于大型和特大型建設工程。
    （2）Project Controlling模式不能作為一種獨立存在的模式。Project Controlling模式往往是與建設工程組織管理模式中的多種模式同時并存。
    （3）Project Controlling模式不能取代建設項目管理。不能因為有了Project Contr01. 1ing咨詢單位的信息處理工作，而淡化或弱化建設項目管理公司常規(guī)的信息管理工作。
    （4）Project Controlling咨詢單位需要建設工程參與各方的配合。建設項目管理公司與Project Controlling咨詢單位的配合顯得尤為重要。
