a） 所持工作準(zhǔn)證的類別
根據(jù)移民廳申清永久居民表格的說明書的內(nèi)容，任何人只要在新加坡?lián)碛蠵， Q 或 S 的工作證都可以向移民廳申請，或幫其配偶及子女一起申請永久居留。我所引用的該局的英文段落如下：
“Any person who is working in Singapore on a P， Q or S Work Pass may submit an application to the Immigration & Checkpoints Authority （ICA） for consideration. A P， Q or S work pass holder may include his/her spouse and unmarried children under 21 years of age in his/her permanent residence application.”
b） 逗留新加坡的時間，當(dāng)然越長機(jī)會更大。
c） 學(xué)歷，一般來說，申請人必須持有獲承認(rèn)的第三級以上的國家技工資格證書，當(dāng)然大專以上越高越好。
d） 基本月薪超過新元2， 000新元。
e） 年齡，當(dāng)然年紀(jì)越輕，發(fā)展?jié)撃茉礁摺?BR> f ） 是否有親戚在新加坡，考量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之中包括了配偶的身份（永久居民還是公民）在內(nèi)。
