律師為當(dāng)事人提供法律服務(wù)，其內(nèi)容之一便是制作"法律意見書".此"法律意見書"，英語作何譯？——?jiǎng)t各有各的譯法。因此，與其苦思冥想、搜索枯腸，想出個(gè)恰當(dāng)?shù)淖g名來，不如注意觀察，從英語實(shí)踐中攫取自然存在的對(duì)應(yīng)詞。為此，守株待兔有年。某日，終于找到了，而且很簡(jiǎn)單——"opinion letters"：
