Recently,India attracted world attention.Besides the rapid economic development attracted the world attention,excellent and popular talents for IT and management especially for software winned much honor for India. But,at present India faced a tough problem for shortage of advanced talents resulted from the economic growth rate with nearly double figures.
    Recently a survey report from FICCI announced that many businesses faced the shortage of talents severely.The statistics showed that the gap of financing speciality was 50 percent in financial area,while risk assessment speciality was 75 percent and finance analyst was 80 percent equal to finacing manager.Especially the gap of economic analysts was 90 percent.In the prospective industry of biotechnology,the gap of advanced talents like doctor and post doctorate was 80 percent ,and the shortage of talents for food production and medical and health speciality were also evident.It would be more serious in the forthcoming 5 years. T here are many reasons for domestic talents shortage in India,the most important of which is brain drain. Affected by the work treatment and living conditions,the phenomena of brain drain increased in India .Recently,most of talents with advanced academic degrees and high professional qualification chose to develop and further their study overseas.Even though the minority stay in India ,they chose to work in the foreign-funded enterprise with good pay.
    It caused the phenomena for shortage of talents in India more evident that economy developed too fast while education lagged.Although the quality of Indian higher education was generally accepted,which was the reason for the popularity of Indian talents in international human resource market,however,the loss of high-level scientific research personnel resulted in the lackage of faculty,which restricted the development of higher education and the expansion of the scope of univercity which caused further shortage of talents objectively.
    In fact,The problem for shortage of talents in India also generally exited in developing countries .The economic globalization broadened the advanced talents'vision of developing country ,and also provided them more opportunities to choose.In terms of attracting excellent tallents from developing countries like India ,especially in salary and working condition aspects,developed countries and famous transnational corporations had absolute advantage compared with developing coutries.The loose technological immigrant policy also aimed at collection of excellent talents from countries. T he importance of talents has been no doubt.With the rapid development of economy and technology ,the demand for talents became more heavily all over the world.Specifically in India, to settle the problem for domestic shortage of talents,besides strengthening various kinds of talents training,what'more important,they should leave no stone unturned to make talents “intelligent bank” root in mainland deeply.
