二、條標英譯，譯名該統(tǒng)一的必須統(tǒng)一：條標英譯伊始，尚處摸索階段，一時譯名不一似應(yīng)容忍。但絕對地說，條標譯名必須統(tǒng)一——特別是常用的條標（如“目的”“定義”“施行日期”）。例如，“施行日期”就存在著數(shù)量驚人的譯名不統(tǒng)一，如：
    有一些條標中，“施行日期”被譯作“date of implementation”如：
