Position: Solution Architect – Quality Management

Location: SAP Labs China, Shanghai
Short description:
SAP Labs China is part of the SAP global development network, creating solutions for the global, regional and local markets. Labs China is fast growing and dynamic team of software developers and application consultants. Positioning itself as a lab of excellence, SLC is building a customer focused and scalable organization that will create a supportive environment for its developers to achieve the excellent quality product expected of SAP.
As part of SAP's new Strategic Research and Development Team, the solution architect works on Supply Chain Management solution design, which covers customer requirement analysis and solution design.
Responsibilities and Tasks:
*Support designing a new Quality Management software as part of the Supply Chain Management solution
*Analyze therefor the current pain point in today’s Quality Management process
*Propose innovations on Quality Management process to meet the up-to-date customer requirement and transfer this knowledge to software developers
*Business process design and business role definition
*User interface improvement from customer point of view
*Feasibility study and analysis according to the feedback from customers
*Specification, documentation and presentation of Quality Assurance solutions
Requirements:
*University degree or above, focus on Quality Management or Quality Engineering will be an advantage
*Good knowledge of different industries and quality standards (ISO, GMP, APQP, SPC, Six Sigma) is preferred
*Capability and interests in process research and analysis
*Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Chinese
*Team player
