崗位職責(zé)
一、承擔(dān)教育教學(xué)工作，指導(dǎo)研究生和本科生學(xué)習(xí)，每學(xué)年至少承擔(dān)一門次本科生課程的講授工作，完成所在單位規(guī)定的教學(xué)任務(wù)，評教效果優(yōu)良。 二、承擔(dān)科研工作,在科學(xué)研究方面取得同行認(rèn)可的成果。 三、積極參加國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)活動并做學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告，協(xié)助教授指導(dǎo)研究生。 四、積極參與學(xué)校建設(shè)和其他社會服務(wù)性工作。

一、承擔(dān)教育教學(xué)工作，指導(dǎo)研究生和本科生學(xué)習(xí)，每學(xué)年至少承擔(dān)一門次本科生課程的講授工作，完成所在單位規(guī)定的教學(xué)任務(wù)，評教效果優(yōu)良。 二、承擔(dān)科研工作，主持省部級及以上科研項(xiàng)目，在科學(xué)研究方面取得同行認(rèn)可的成果。 三、掌握本學(xué)科學(xué)術(shù)發(fā)展動態(tài)，積極參加國內(nèi)外學(xué)術(shù)活動并做學(xué)術(shù)報(bào)告，協(xié)助教授指導(dǎo)研究生。 四、積極參與本學(xué)科前沿領(lǐng)域的研究，并將本學(xué)科前沿領(lǐng)域的研究成果融入教學(xué)內(nèi)容。 五、擔(dān)任班主任（導(dǎo)師）工作或教學(xué)、科學(xué)研究等方面的管理工作，積極參與學(xué)校建設(shè)和其他社會服務(wù)性工作。
