職位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Report to Centralized CGA Head and S&D branch sales heads in respective city / district
- Develop bulk acquisition channels and provide reliable pipelines on new-to-bank clients
- Formulate and devise customer acquisition strategies; explore and identify volume acquisition, market penetration opportunities, untapped channels, etc.
- Establish and maintain good connections with commercial society (groups, agents, corporations) in exploring client acquisition opportunities
- Coordinate closely with CGA Team and Segment Marketing in planning and implementing customer acquisition programs
- Organize and participate in Local Area Marketing activities and maintain a database of prospects
- Meet assigned customer referral, activity and net growth targets
- Analyze and interpret business results and devise action plans accordingly
- Comply with established policies and procedures to ensure the confidentiality and security of bank and client assets and information
- Maintain a high standard of ethics and conduct for sound banking operations, business success and the bank's reputation
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor degree with at least 5 years work experience
- Track record of at least 2 years in banking or financial industry
- Sound knowledge of local market and relevant contacts
- Excellent selling and interpersonal skills.
- Aggressive, ambitious, and be keen to develop and follow up on business opportunities
- Strong communication skills with good command of both Mandarin and English
- Must be self-driven and deliver results based on agreed targets
