職位描述
RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify business development opportunities in local markets, develop new product initiatives to meet target customer’s needs and enhance product competitiveness
Support business launches in terms of new product and new cities.
Support local sales team to grow and acquire new business in daily work.
Manage business and profitability drivers to deliver business targets.
Collaborate with external and internal partners, to ensure a proper platform/policy and smooth process for business operation / implementation.
Ensure compliance to internal and external regulatory and control requirements
Understand and consistently improve backend process and system to generate operational margin.
Negotiate with and manage local vendors and partners for business growth with reasonable cost.
Strategic thinking on business long term growth and development.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Experience in marketing/product development position.
Experience in Mortgage and knowledge of asset products business are preferred
Strong project management skills through leading or participating in major cross-functional business projects
Display strong problem finding/solving, communication and analytical skills.
Basic finance knowledge and sensitive to numbers.
Show ownership of business result and be passionate for developing new skills and build up business platforms with limited resources.
Fast learning curve.
Potential to lead and manage a team and work independently.
