職位描述
ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Support consumer banking business for product related compliance stuff
•Identify and disseminate information on new/revised laws/regulations to the business units and analyze their impact of business processes;
•Provide advice on corrective action plans and monitor corrective action in conjunction with business management for issues identified;
•Review new/revised products for legal/regulatory compliance;
•Contact with regulatory agencies for clarification of regulations;
•Liaise with regional office for consumer banking products related stuff;
•Work together with business management on compliance related process and plan.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
•University degree or above, minimum 3 years in banking industry;
•Have in-depth knowledge of relevant banking regulation and consumer banking products (priority given to credit card, wealth management products or branch operation control)
•Good communication skills
