Credit Card Sales Support 信用卡銷售支持
RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist credit card direct sales to prepare and process related documentations for card applications
To handle customer's inquiries and follow up with credit card related process
To coordinate and follow up with internal departments on credit card related process
To keep abreast of all local regulations, credit guidelines and ensure operations are complied with internal and external requirements
Provide MIS report
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Work independently, detailedorientated, responsible and with proactive attitude
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in both Chinese and English, with good knowledge of PC & Office
College graduate and above, finance related bachelor degree is preferred
Minimum 1 year assistant experience in credit card/ insurance/ personal loan or related finance products
