工作職責(zé)：
- 拓展并拜訪目標(biāo)客戶，以促進(jìn)個(gè)人理財(cái)產(chǎn)品的服務(wù)與銷售。
- 通過電話營銷以及渠道開拓，開發(fā)潛在客戶。
- 參與并實(shí)施行所理財(cái)講座、渠道推廣等促銷活動(dòng)。
- 提供電話銀行服務(wù)，處理客戶咨詢。
職位要求：
- 大學(xué)專科或以上學(xué)歷。
- 1-2年銷售及市場營銷工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)，具外資銀行工作經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。
- 具客戶服務(wù)意識(shí)，性格外向進(jìn)取，善于與人溝通，能承受工作壓力。
- 中、英文程度良好。
Job Responsibilities:
- Prospect and visit the target / potential customers for the expansion of our personal financial services
- Perform telemarketing calls and channel development for exploring new customers
- Conduct outreaching sales activities such as seminar and channel promotions for increasing customer base
- Provide quality phone banking services and handle customer enquiries
Requirements:
- College’s degree or above
- 1-2 years' experience in sales or marketing, preferably gained in foreign banks
- Strong customer service orientation, out-going and aggressive personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
