DEPARTMENT:ICG Ops
LOCATION:Wuxi
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Stream administration and work flow and work organization of the branch
• Train, groom and develop all level of operations staff at branch
• Maintain up to standard operations result and rating
• Write up and help to implement operational guidelines and procedures for all products and services
• Implement the established policies, operation procedures and control requirements, and ensure strict compliance
• Responsible for new system project or office automations as assigned by Branch Manager to maximize capacity, reduce operating cost and improve service
• Liaise with regulators for compliance issues related to operation processing
KEY REQUIREMENTS
• Minimum 8 years working experience in bank's operation with at least 3 years in managerial position
• Experience in dealing with regulators and familiar with relevant regulations
• Familiar with all types of operations processes
• Mature, proactive, good interpersonal skills and willing to work under pressure
• Good command of oral and written English and excellent PC skills
